Best One Page Websites
What you are referring to is called a "best one page website" that is designed for one purpose only... usually to capture contact information that you can use to put the person into a marketing funnel. For this purpose it is great, but it doesn't take the place of a website.
While the single page scrolling website is not sufficient to run a business, you must have one to collect contact information and pursue the contact to close the sale. Very few products can be sold in one visit to a website.
Strikingly is very simple and looks good, but looking good is not necessarily the same as having a high conversion rate. If you are looking for a good marketing system that includes not only the single page website examples but the entire funnel and training I recommend ClickFunnels.
To summarize: you need a single-page website design, but you need a lot more to run a viable business.

Best Single Page Website Design
For users who come to a site to see core information like contact information hours or basic product info it is more convenient and works better for the touch devices most users now use.
From an engineering perspective, you can get better performance from a cache-able static web page that requires only one connection to gather most or all of the content. Requiring only background requests for additional data but not for additional HTML, styles, or javascript.
Website traffic depends on the SEO activities…yes page website is easy to go through however it should be designed accordingly all required info should be on the same page, all sections should be organized, and each section should have logic behind it.
Nowadays, one-page website best practices websites are in trend and of course, it grabs more user/audience attention rather than multipage websites.

I think we need further clarification on this. If we think of the location… that is the “site”. And whatever we are building is “content”. So if I build a one-room apartment…that would correlate to the first web “page”. It could be considered a “website”. But it is really a web “page”. It might be 200 words long. Might be 3000 words long. Still, just a one-page personal website template piece of “content”. And since we now have something built on the SITE, we must give it an address—right? Otherwise, it will get confused with all of the other “sites” out there. So we name this 1st-page INDEX. This is otherwise known as a domain name extension for the first page. The primary address of the site is called a URL. Each add-on page/room/apartment gets its own extension attached to the main URL. That’s page one. If I stop there I have a one-page “website”. If I add more pages ( and you do this so that people can follow the navigation of the content logically ( like a book with chapters and pages…see?) and also so that long tedious scrolling pages are broken into digestible lengths.

Basically, there are only three fundamental ways to monetize any website: you either have to sell something through it, act as an intermediate, or get enough traffic so that other businesses will want to pay you for placing their information on your platform.
One-page websites are simple, they can’t be marketplaces where you’d just take a percentage of each transaction that happens between parties. So, you have two strategies left. Either you sell something through your one-page website, or you get so much traffic, that your website becomes attractive to advertisers.
What can you sell? One-page websites are clearly not e-commerce stores, so you’ll probably sell one or a few products through a landing page. In this case, it’s best if you integrate a payment gateway, or pair your web page with a large marketplace. For example, many people have their own separate pages but they sell products through Etsy or other websites.
Another strategy is to sell your expertise. Tell about your expertise on a website builder, share your knowledge and get money for a consultation.
If you want to make money from ads, you need to get lots of traffic. The best way is to start a blog, and after you get a significant number of readers, you’ll be able to make money with ads. Know more.........
